Clear Creek ISD – Florence Campbell Elementary School
Clear Creek ISD chose Drymalla to construct their new single story elementary facility. Classrooms, science, music, art, gymnasiums, cafeteria, full service kitchen and administrative and support services are provided in this facility. A spread footing foundation supports a slab on grade and structural steel structure. The exterior envelope includes metal stud and masonry backup walls with brick veneer, stone and metal panel and storefront systems, curtain wall. Standing seam and modified bitumen roof systems complete the building. This elementary provides its students with the latest technology and security systems for the campus.
